Refund Policy

At Ojawaju Limited, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Payments for digital services, event tickets, or token purchases are generally non-refundable once the transaction has been successfully processed, except in cases of duplicate charges or system errors.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days of the transaction date to support@ojawaju.com with proof of payment.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- For services rendered by third-party vendors, refunds are subject to the vendor’s policy, but Ojawaju will mediate in the event of unresolved disputes.
