Welcome to Ojawaju. By using this app, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Last updated: March 21, 2025
Ojawaju explicitly prohibits any content, behavior, or activity related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind, content that sexualizes minors, grooming behavior targeting minors, content that endangers, exploits, or abuses children, and sharing, distributing, creating, or soliciting CSAM.
Ojawaju provides an in-app mechanism for users to report concerns related to child safety. To report CSAE content or behavior, locate the "Report" button on any post, profile, or message, select "Child Safety Concern" from the reporting options, provide relevant details about the content or behavior, and submit your report. All reports concerning child safety are prioritized and reviewed promptly by our dedicated safety team.
Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM on our platform, Ojawaju will immediately remove the content, preserve relevant evidence as required by law, terminate the account of the user who shared the content, report the content to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant regional authority, and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
Ojawaju is committed to complying with all applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate. We have established robust processes to report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or relevant regional authorities, respond to legal requests from law enforcement agencies, implement age verification measures where required by law, and regularly review and update our policies to ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
Ojawaju has designated a Child Safety Officer who serves as the primary point of contact for matters related to child safety, including notifications from Google Play about CSAE content. This representative is positioned to speak to our enforcement and review procedures and to take immediate action when required. For urgent child safety concerns, please contact: childsafety@ojawaju.com.
